Dear Sven Customer,

In 1974, Sven Carlsson came to the United States to make clogs. At the time, he owned one of the largest clog factories in Europe and Scandinavian countries. He was shipping regularly to the United States so he decided to come over and make them here.

I started working for the factory in 1979, where I became head seamstress and helped with the design of the clogs. Soon I realized that this was more than a job, it had become a passion for me.

In 1996, Sven decided to retire and I bought the business and have been running and producing the clogs ever since.

As you look through our web site, you will see the endless possibilities that you have to design your own clogs.

You can pick your style of leather upper, the color, base style, and the color of the base, and we will make a clog that is unique to you.
